研究方向及成果
主要从事单晶场效应晶体管、高性能柔性驱动阵列及发光单元、Gauss及TCAD仿真等领域研究。已在Nature Communications、Advanced Materials、IEEE IEDM、IEEE EDTM、IEEE ICSICT等国际知名期刊和会议发表工作10余篇，授权国家发明专利1项，参与国家重点研发计划。
